The Problem
The Victor® Solution Finder is a streamlined tool to guide consumers to the best solutions to their pest problems. (Obviously, the company aims to highlight its own products as those solutions, but informative articles are also provided.)
The Solution
Narrowing down the most essential and logical steps was a collaborative effort. It begins by asking the user whether or not they know the pest problem the have. If not, they’re taken through steps identifying the location and signs of pest damage. If they do know, they’re offered a grid of pests, and then taken to the solution page.
