BeWell is a program through Penn State Health that's committed to "foster a culture of well-being across the health system that supports and empowers employees, in all dimensions, to improve their quality of life." BeWell implements well-being challenges, produces well-being resources, and offers employee benefits through partner organizations.
BeWell Champion Toolkit
This multi-page toolkit was developed for PSH staff to support the implementation of wellness initiatives and challenges within their teams. It features an overview of the CDC's 8 Dimensions of Well-Being, evaluation guidance, and a collection of initiative ideas linked to research-based resources.
Using the provided written content, I organized the material into clear, user-friendly sections and applied PRO Wellness branding elements to ensure consistency with other marketing pieces. I also incorporated illustrated icons to enhance clarity and create an inviting, approachable look.
BeWell Manager Toolkit
This is another digital toolkit for PSH staff. Similar to the Champion Toolkit, this one is for educating leaders on how to foster a culture of well-being on their teams.
Designing around existing content, I chose imagery that captured vibrancy and motion, that also depicts teamwork and leadership. I organized the content into sections and elevated the aesthetic to be visually engaging.
Lunch & Learn Promotion
Virtual Lunch & Learn presentations are for employees within the Penn State Health system. They cover a wide range of wellness topics, including work-life balance, food preservation, and the benefits of maintaining a grateful outlook on life.
